This is a salaried, full-time position with benefits located in Grants Pass, OR.




You are a project engineer with the technical, scientific, business and leadership competencies to meaningfully contribute to the management of commercial construction projects. You are highly organized and possess the necessary communication skills to effectively coordinate the many groups and projects in the construction process.   





  • Leads on-site communication and problem solving with all project stakeholders and team members.
  • Interprets construction documents for administration.
  • Executes various on-site project execution functions, including short term work planning, site logistics, safety planning, technical submittal review.
  • Identifies and tracks potential and actual changes.
  • Assists procurement through vendor vetting and value evaluation.
  • Executes various field engineering functions on-site, including RFI, horizontal and vertical layout control (survey), technical planning, safety oversight.
  • Leads on-site risk management functions, including quality assurance, quality control, vendor compliance, vendor pay requests, schedule adherence.   
  • Drives on-site team focus with respect to client business purpose and outcomes.




  • 5+ years of commercial project engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction engineering or related field.
  • Highly capable with technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills.




Performance of the required duties will require the ability to climb ladders, use construction personnel hoists, and negotiate work areas under construction. Performing this job requires use of sight, hands to control tools, sit, talk, and hear, stand, climb, balance, kneel, or crawl.  The employee must be able to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
