WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are a team quickly approaching 100 strong, including our expansion into the Eugene area. We are looking for an administrative assistant to enhance Eugene office professional staff’s effectiveness by providing information management and administrative support while coordinating with Southern Oregon staff to ensure the Eugene office is run smoothly and professionally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Provide 360-degree administrative support to Eugene staff for 20-30 hours a week
  • Act as point person for office maintenance, mailing, office supplies and errands
  • Be responsible for maintaining office workflow by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized and efficient. 
  • Coordinate IT office needs
  • Provide assistance with letters, technical reports, proposal writing and various documents as requested. 
  • Remain adaptable to change and, at times, ambiguity. 

YOUR CREDENTIALS: 

  • 2-4 year college degree or combined education and work experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher
  • Self-motivated and proactive, exhibiting a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
